Stage 1 The assessment process identifies jobseekers, career possibilities, generic work skills, stamina etc, ensuring a satisfying position, which will allow the worker to perform to their maximum efficiency.
Stage 2 This involves working alongside the jobseeker to apply for and secure appropriate work.
Stage 3 The support stage is the component of supported employment, which enables the worker to maintain high levels of performance, and a longer term of employment. Support is provided for the supervisor and co workers as well as the worker.
