Trevor Cattermole

As an original member of staff, Trevor brings his experience in 'Not of Profit' organisational development to Catapult, and a commitment to develop with other key stakeholders in the sector. Trevor believes in the delivery of services that walk 'shoulder to shoulder' with individuals as they access their rights and opportunities in respect to employment.

Kevin Blogg

The combination of life's experiences, either good or challenging, is what Kevin brings to supported employment. With experience in business, employment and marketing, Kevin has developed strong business networks over the years which enables him to move easily amongst all people involved in the employment placement industry. His commitment is to secure sound employment and career development for all his clients, and to encourage employers to value the concept of investing in a diverse workforce.

Haylee Powell

Holding a qualification in Business Administration and Computing, Haylee began working at Catapult in January 2004 as an Office Assistant and has progressed into her role as our Office & Systems Administrator.

Brent Tretheway

Brent has an extensive history in working as an Employment and Vocational Consultant. He began working at Catapult in September 2004 and has established remarkable relationships with clients and employers. Brent is considered a valuable asset in our commitment to providing quality service to all people we come in contact with.

David Linton

David has worked at Catapult since 2005 as an Employment Consultant. He has completed a Bachelor of Arts Double Major in Sociology and History at the University of Canterbury. His main areas of interest have been disability and human rights. David started working in disability and supported employment in 2003.

Malcolm Mackay

Malcolm joined the Catapult team in December 2005 as a Job Coach and has progressed into his role as an Employment Consultant. Having completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Canterbury, Malcolm brings to Catapult a sound social knowledge and an ability to communicate across the social spectrum. Malcolm has been making a positive contribution in the supported employment sector and is committed to bringing a quality service that is rewarding to both client and employer.

Moana Couturier

Graduating from CPIT in 2007 with the New Zealand Certificate in Social Services, Moana began work at Catapult in May 2008 as a Transition Support Worker, working with students transitioning from school to work and community life.

Alison Brown

Alison has eighteen years of experience in assisting people to find work, in negotiating, administering and monitoring supported employment contracts between employers and workers, in building partnerships with employer groups, training providers, and work placement agencies, and in developing career plans and writing CVs. She has a strong network of contacts in the private and not-for-profit sectors in Christchurch, and holds a degree in Psychology.
